Manager / Senior Manager HR Generalist - NBFC
Our client is leading NBFC firm in India and looking to hire experienced HR professional with 6 years of mix experience in talent acquisition and managing day to day HR related activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Managing senior stakeholders and fulfilling the hiring responsibilities.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in employee engagement related activities.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization\'s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Key criteria:
- Full time MBA degree from reputed institute.
- Solid experience in talent acquisition and other HR related activities in NBFC or BFSI sector
- Excellent power point presentation skills and English communication skills
- Experience in working with startup will be a plus.
