Manager/senior Manager Financial Reporting
Job Description
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with NBFC regulations and accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities.
Compliance Management:
- Stay abreast of changes in NBFC regulations and ensure compliance in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and rectify any compliance issues.
Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits of financial statements.
- Address audit queries and ensure timely completion of the audit process.
Data Analysis:
-Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Ensure documentation is in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate financial results and analysis to internal stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Address queries from management regarding financial reports.
