Job Description
: Key Focus areas: This position will be responsible for 1. Partner engagement & experience : Collaborate with all stakeholders like finance, products, Compliance, legal, IT, customer service to onboard new partners with maximum partner satisfaction and provide continued support to existing partners. 2. Business support & enablement : a. Support the business teams in partner onboarding, tracking productivity, expenses. b. Analyse business partner wise and provide inputs to help business teams drive higher wallet share from partners. c. Analytics: Design and maintain all dashboards for management and partners. Work closely with analytics team to ensure all analytics exercises derive the expected output . 3. Operations and control: Responsible for providing inputs to automating designing, implementing, and efficiently managing all operational & finance operations & controls. 4. IRDA and compliance reporting & Audit : Ensure we follow all the guidelines laid by IRDA in terms or user onboarding, user journeys & IRDA reporting etc. Provide support to partner on reports needed to partner for their IRDA compliance. Actively participate in internal and external audits as per need. 5. Partner Feedback: Provide regular feedback as inputs to improvement.
