Looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Employee Relations & HR Compliance, you play a key role as an expert in the HR function and will ensure that organization's culture is fair and inclusive towards all the employees.
This role also works across the HR Team, Cross-functional teams, and business to design and implement solutions and strategies.
As our People Operations Manager, this role will include :
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and lead employee relations and global HR Compliance projects and programs to provide solutions and advice on various policies and related regulatory compliance issues.
- Provides knowledge and expertise to managers and employees on compliance and ER.
- Work closely with HR Teams to provide guidance and mentorship on HR Compliances, Labor Laws.
- Create communications, training materials, and change management mechanisms to educate different stakeholders on new and revised policies, processes, and programs.
- Identify changes for global compliance/regulatory reviews.
- Stay updated on global employee-related rules and regulations, and ensure changes are implemented with HR systems and practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and Labor laws.
- Experience planning and implementing policies and processes on Employee Relations.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource compliances, practices, labor laws, employee relations, and employment regulations.
