Job Description
Manager/Sr Manager - Communications
- Understand and translate business goals and messages into a creative/marketable deck for internal communication.
- Strategize and execute internal communication framework in conjunction with executive leadership.
- Responsible for an accurate and amicable manner of communicating org initiatives & projects successfully to employees & stakeholders.
- Apply and manage social media or digital medial to communicate with internal employees and stakeholders.
- Creating and delivering (based on the agenda) presentations at firm wide events. E.g.: AGM, Townhall etc.
- Drafting and conceptualized engaging messages or marketing collateral for the MD's desk. E.g., Seasons greeting, important announcements/ communication.
Ideal Candidate :
- Academically qualified in mass communication with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Strong in internal communication and creating business decks -
- Proven excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to manage executive leaders and functional heads.
- Strong creative skills are mandatory to devise internal communication across various media especially digital/social media skills.
- Should have strong PowerPoint skills and any other related tools for business communication.
