Roles and Responsibilities:- 1. Sales Team should handle Retail and Projects 2. Defintion of Projects-Any Sale which requires specifications (A/B/C/D/PMC) High Value High Volume in Nature Orders Value 3. Sales Team is responsible for handling A/B/C/D and System Integrators 4. Sales Team should meet Sales Targets, meet B2B and increase the retailers in consultation with as per numbers budgeted. Responsible for proper display and merchandising at dealer 5. Responsible for Arch/Builders/Cons/PMC/Big Contractors and add new ones 6. Main Responsibility is that Futura Brand should come in specifications 7. Sales Team should maintain project Management sheet and status update 8. Should visit project site and meet Project Managers 9. Should develop relations with Specifies (ABCD) and core lighting consultants. 10. Payment Collection from Projects direct supplies, Dealers, SI 11. Responsible for reconciliation of accounts with Project dealers and SI 12. Should keep track of scheme/SI etc if any status 13. Assistance for Replacement ,Defects and complaints to after sales service department 14. Proforma invoice should be sent from the coordinator 15. Monthly Meeting at HO* Note A. There should be coordination between Retail Team and Project Team if any enquiry shared by particular dealer where any visit to architects/ID approval required. B. Sales Team should work in coordination with Lighting Designers for any big projects and site visits/ABCD Visit. C. Project Means Hotel/Hospital/Multiplex/Mall/Showroom/Bunglow/Residential Flat/Housing Society/Govt Others Retails Means Apartment/apartment/office/shop etc D. Monthly/Quarterly meeting at HO* Qualification:- The ideal candidate should be BE or diploma holder in Electricals or Electronics/MBA in Sales and marketing. Age should be below 30 years old Experience:- Should have at least 3 to 5 years of selling experience preferably in Led lighting products in the respective area or locations.
