Description Role title : FCH Platform Operational Support Experience : 5+ yrs Location: Pune Work Persona: Hybrid Job Responsibility : Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: . Ideally technical understanding of roaming, interconnect and other B2B models in the telco market . Ideally financial background . Absolute integrity, management of sensible financial values . Ability to operate in dynamic, high-growth, high-uncertainty environments Must have technical / professional qualifications: . Experience in IT Operations . Experience in internet technologies in the areas of web-based software development and programming mainly in Apex, SQL, PL/SQL, XML (desirable) . A good working knowledge of network technologies . Cloud Computing Knowledge (AWS, GCP) . Experience in user management concepts . Ability to work independently for all assigned responsibilities . Essential - expertise in MS Office applications . Interested in emerging technologies such as blockchain , machine learning .
