Overview:
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue, maximize processefficiency & cost-effectiveness, and ensure excellent customerexperience, through effective leadership and supervision of dailyoperations and personnel, strategy planning, contract compliance,resource optimization and capability development for an account.
Prioritize transformation roadmaps and initiatives
- Understand the vision clearly
- Drive global deployment and adoption of the process, with local requirements customization
- Develop and translate strategy into operational goals, objectives, and process roadmaps
- Identify necessary resources (people and capital) to support the implementation of these strategies
- Assess opportunities for continuous process improvement and expansion
