Role Team Member- HSW Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology Location Circle Hiring Manager VH- O&M RAN Job Purpose Responsible for HSW compliances and for deployingand audit of HSW Norms in circle. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW compliance. Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure \'ZERO\' Fatality. SW Score 90 (9/12 months in FY20) Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Strong knowledge of Safety HSW compliance. Communication and presentation skill set Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST. Experirance- 5-7 years of experience. Must have technical / professional qualifications BE Electrical/Electronics. First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety prespective.
