Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy across levels and functions
  • Oversee sourcing through job portals, social platforms, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits
3. Performance Management & Rewards
  • Drive the performance management system, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal cycles
4. Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances, labor laws, and audit requirements
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communication
6. HR Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Mentor and guide HR team members, ensuring capability building and performance improvement.
Requirements
Experience in IT / Consulting / Services industry
Prior experience managing a small to mid-sized HR team
Exposure to scaling HR processes in a growing organization
