Our Client is a leading E-Commerce Company for Baby Products with the existence at Domestic and at International Level requires:

Designation: Manager-Finance & Accounts

Experience \xe2\x80\x93 3-5 years

Qualification - CA qualified

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Time: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM

Working days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Gender : Male

Salary: INR 50,000 to 65,000

:

• Day to Day Accounting of E-Commerce Business like Amazon, Flipkart, Website, Pharmeasy, Tata 1 MG.
• Reconciliation of all financial transactions of e-commerce portals with our Ginesys ERP.
• Stock Recon of Amazon Inventories on monthly basis.
• Preparation of MIS data for the purpose of submission to the Investors.
• Timely closing of books of accounts on monthly basis.
• Verification of stocks at warehouse every month and submit report of deviation between books and physical.
• Filing of TDS returns of Salary and Non Salary within due.
• Reimbursement claim of TDS from all E-commerce Companies and follow up.
• Timely compliances of all statutory payments and including filing of Returns.
• Preparation of Data for the purpose of submission to Auditors.
• To ensure all AR and AP are properly knock off in system and position is up-to date.
• GST Annual return filing.
• Proper records to be maintained for all financial transactions.
