What we expect

To prepare, check, and release a Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing, a structured process is needed to ensure alignment with customer-approved General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) and Work Instructions (WI). Effective coordination among purchasing, production, product development, and quality. Participate in cost reduction projects by identifying savings opportunities, optimizing processes, and managing supplier relationships. Contribute to localization projects by providing expertise in managing project workflows and leveraging technology to streamline translation. Creating and managing Bill of Materials (BOMs) in Excel is a common practice for product development teams, particularly for new releases and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). While working with an Excel-based Bill of Materials (BOM) tool, changes must be documented. To improve processes involving Excel-based Bill of Materials (BOM) tools, focused on upgrading existing tools, standardizing data, and introducing automation. Building logic in SAP Variant Configuration. To prepare a general arrangement (GA) drawing. To prepare for the 8D problem-solving methodology for NCR and PIOs. Preparing a Bill of Materials (BOM) for infrastructure projects. Effective in managing teams and guiding teams to achieve organizational and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Working experience of 10-15 years and at least 5 years in the similar or Elevator or Industry. Familiarity with BOM management for automatic cost calculations, real-time data, and efficient documentation. Work effectively with design, procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure everyone has the correct information. Address issues that arise in the production lifecycle, such as identifying and resolving inefficiencies or material inconsistencies The ability to create and interpret drawings.
