Manager-Business Operations and Financial Planning
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Manager - Business Operations & Accounting is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations while maintaining strong financial governance across the organization. This role oversees drives operational excellence, accounting processes, , supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, and ensures compliance with financial and risk management standards.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Along with Radiology operations head provide support for effective and efficient operations system for one Radiology for India included but not limited to revenue generation, CRM support and field activity management.
Guiding a team of 3 FTE's (2 internal and 1 external support) for smooth functioning of Back-office support team.
Run proper reporting dashboard from field team for service revenue, contracts & IB
Prepare and share applicable commercial and financial dashboards on weekly or monthly basis
Co-ordination with local platform teams like SCM/Warehouse, Marketing, O2C, Regulatory, QA for successful implementation of usual commercial operations
Ensure all the audit related activities to local accounting and taxation team including posting and reversal of necessary accounting provisions, spares reconciliation data management as per risk management guidelines.
Effectively co-ordinate with local SCM team for demand planning and stock related discussion to ensure no stock out, including spares.
Co-ordinate with OEMs for injector and C&D deliveries and plan delivery schedule as per availability of stock
Ensure service invoices are uploaded for payments from OEMs as per their guidelines and work with O2C team for timely release of payment
Manage all operational activities including but not limited to demand, sales, spares, payments, and service for in-lisc partners like Iradimed
Coordinate with COMEX team on MIS activities, CRM implementation and sales reporting
Handle complain management system and conduct satisfaction surveys on regular basis for 98% uptime guarantee, PMS coverage % & other service KPIs
Work on Financial Models for Pay per use/ and new business models
Increase service revenue through monthly monitoring
Maintain Price list and controls around all SOPs
Warranty accruals, service revenue recognition and provisions for service invoicing
Grade: E13/VS1.1
