Job Location: Coimbatore, Salem, Hyderabad, & Ahmedabad, INDIA.

Key Position Capabilities:

L&T EDUTECH is looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager- Sales to join its team, this position requires the ability to develop, lead and strategically execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds the revenue goals established around the technology offering of L&T EduTech.

Your New Role:

? Generate new businesses and revenue with Universities and Higher Learning Educational Institutes.

? Develop & lead sales presentations and pitches.

? Possess a deep understanding of the local & regional training/education industry and transfer this knowledge into a consultative selling approach.

? Own the sales process from start to finish by understanding goals and developing strategies to achieve them.

? Facilitate product understanding and engagement to maximize sales and exceed sales targets

? Qualify new sales opportunities by utilizing discovery techniques to understand the budget, decisionmaker(s), need(s), timing, and overall fit.

? Collaborate in the identification of target colleges and colleges districts as well as mapping of roles and decision-makers within assigned territory.

? Build, maintain, and forecast an accurate sales pipeline and log activities in CRM.

? Research and understand the EdTech competitive landscape to inform sales strategy

? Develop and nurture customer relationships with key decision-makers including superintendents, district administrators, and college principals

? Set and run custom demos and other meetings with key decision-makers that highlight functionality, value propositions, and differentiators of our products to prospects via Zoom, phone, or in-person presentations.

? Negotiate deals to close/won

? Develop sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with sales leadership and marketing support

? Manage expenses that complies with company guidelines and demonstrates fiscal responsibility and judgment.

? Daily travel in territory to customer sites

? Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

? Proactively prospect for new business and follow up on qualified leads to target new opportunities

? Identify, make connections and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including senior college leaders and other strategic partners and college associations

? Build relationship with College owners, Principals, Channel Partners to be the first point of contact for any EdTech requirement.

? Demonstrate product value, delight customers and secure sales in line with our business plan

? Proactively work with key opportunities at all times of the year to look at strategic value-add opportunities and to drive engagement.

? Ensure existing customers continue to subscribe year after year, and facilitate 3-year agreements with said department.

? Lead the handover process for new customers within your territories.

? Keep up-to-date with education trends and curriculum updates to continually drive your self development and keep abreast of market/industry trends.

What You Have:

? Bachelor's Degree

? 5+ years of experience selling EdTech products and solutions, to Engineering Colleges preferred

? Should have worked with B2B EdTech companies' person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task.

? Successful record of hunting / prospecting net new opportunities and building a process to build, qualify, and close/form new partnership clients.

? Proven experience working with internal teams to maximize selling opportunities and customer experience.

? Proven experience selling directly into Universities and/or Higher Learning Educational Institutes.

? High-energy; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up sales environment

? Ability to be able to crack college deals independently

? Comfortable to be on the ground most of the time and doing field sales

? Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff at college districts

? Technologically proficient with CRM, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

? Education domain experience highly advantageous.
