Manpower Planning & Recruitment :
- Forecasting requirements using trends, analysis and interactions with business leaders
- Develop multiple applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Providing organization information, opportunities and benefits, making presentations and maintaining rapport with applicants and promote employer branding
- Attract applicants through media, social media and Job sites
- Evaluate applicants by discussing Job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
- Arrange/coordinate candidate interactions with the Panel
- Determine applicant suitability by Interviewing applicants, Analyzing responses, Verifying references, Comparing Qualifications to Job requirements
- Salary Negotiations, Issuing offers to the right candidates
- Ensuring proper onboarding of all new hires
- Conducting/Coordinating Campus Recruitment Process for Trainees hiring
- Creating positive candidate experience
