Roles and Responsibilities Subject Matter Expert on Fiber Network Planning, Management and Coordinating with partners to ensure E2E operations of fiber network infrastructure. Work with OpCos and the Head Office team to ensure proper end-to-end planning and maintenance process across internal and partner organizations. Ensure internal and external SLAs & KPIs are proactively managed and achieved.
Skills critical to the role: Strong Network Design planning and Fiber Maintenance. Knowledge of use of fiber tools, Optical Network equipment and implementation strategy in Telco domain Have in depth knowledge of fiber optic network design and Operation for NLD, Intercity backbone, Metro and GPON network
- Micro level understanding of fiber technology and roadmaps at techno-commercial level.
