You will plan and implement paid campaigns, optimize for key metrics, perform detailed keyword research, and track performance across analytics tools. The role involves continuous A/B testing of ads and landing pages, monitoring trends in SEM and Meta Ads, and identifying opportunities to enhance conversion through funnel analysis.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute SEM strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.- Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and quality scores while meeting defined KPIs.- Analyze performance via Google Analytics, Singular, and related tools to generate insights.- Conduct market and competitor research to refine targeting.- Work on user-journey enhancement by identifying drop-offs and improving conversion flow.Ideal Candidate Profile:- Background in Meta Ads with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.- Knowledge of paid marketing ecosystems, attribution, segmentation, and app campaigns.- Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, etc.- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a first-principles approach.- Startup-fit, self-motivated, and action-oriented.
