Manager/Associate Manager-CDG (offline Marketing)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and execution team to facilitate the smooth execution of offline advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and update daily Management Information System (MIS) reports to track campaign progress and performance.
- Ensure that campaign delivery Turnaround Time (TAT) targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Assist the brand sales team by providing the necessary inputs and resources required for successful offline campaigns.
- Engage proactively and resolve field issues in collaboration with brands, internal sales teams (both local and remote), and the operations team.
- Take ownership of campaigns from allocation to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed in totality.
- Demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset, identifying issues and proposing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent coordination and communication with various stakeholders and cross- functional teams involved in campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (Master\'s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in offline advertising campaign execution or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills to manage MIS effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in advertising agencies or media organizations is advantageous.
