Job Description

We are hiring a qualified CA/CPA with strong fund audit experience to manage and deliver high-quality audit engagements. The role involves team leadership, client management, and collaboration with senior leadership in a dynamic, global setting.

• Lead and manage audit engagements for investment funds end-to-end
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and regulatory frameworks
• Own planning, execution, and final deliverable of audits
• Manage, mentor, and guide audit teams on engagements
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and timely delivery
• Work closely with leadership on project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the practice

Lead fund audits with global client exposureTeam handling role in a Big 4 environment

• CA/CPA qualified with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Must have worked with a Big 6 firm for at least 18 months
• Strong exposure to fund audits or asset management clients
• Proven ability in team management and leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
