Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for liaising with for vendor registration/ approval
  • Directing strategies and formulating policies with management to grow in market
  • Plans long and short term goals of the organization by working closely with management, production department, and logistic department
  • Assisting Area Managers in achieving goals, promoting sales and marketing activities, building customer relations, preparing and staging presentations
  • Channel management - motivating and monitoring
  • Team Management - Motivating and monitoring team members in getting plans of management executed with effective time management with supervising their work reports
  • Handling client problems regarding quality & deliveries of the materials
  • Sending MIS on Sales activities on Monthly basis to top Management
  • Should have the ability to chase and analyze the reasons for failure of the prospective order, if any - Prepare Marketing and PR Plan on quarterly basis for approval of Management
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotion materials, and events
  • Team building

  • Identifying training and development needs
