Role Zonal Field Engineer Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology/Quality Location Hiring Manager Job Purpose This role will be accountable for Quality and Performance of RAN network To ensure prompt monitoring, trouble shooting and optimization of Network to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers in their respective zones. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Need to have good knowledge on Nokia 2G and 4G RAN Should have god knowledge of radio propagation Should be well versed with NokiaRANHardware Should have good understanding of Nokia Counters and Parameters Should have knowledge of VoLTE. Should have some programming skills (Python or Macros in excel, scripting etc.) Need to handle customer complaints and needs to support Sales team. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should mix with team immediately and should be ready to take additional responsibility.
