Record keeping. - Talent Retention Attend resignation cases. Intervene and ensure revokes happen.
Conduct Exit Interview - record the same
Record Keeping -Annual Increment. Issuance of Increment letters, transfer letters.
Prepare the Salary increment Impact.
Record keeping. - Employee Relations / Disciplinary Actions. Initiate disciplinary actions - ( habitual absence, late comers,
early goers, time wasters, insubordinations etc)
Issue PIP / Show Cause for performance / behavior improvement. Maintain Records. - #Payroll Candidate should have good knowledge of CTC structuring, Payroll
Processing, and Statutory remittance deduction.
