Follow up with candidate. Joining formalities. ( Onboarding ) Issuance of Appointment / Confirmation letters. Record Keeping / Communicate with relevant department head. -#HR Operation Salary Banding & Gradation Attendance & Leave management Full & Final settlement. Reimbursements Maintain Digital Records -Induction Introduction of new hires to the teams. Explaining HR Policies & process. Execute HR Initiatives / Engagement Record keeping. - Talent Retention Attend resignation cases. Intervene and ensure revokes happen. Conduct Exit Interview - record the same Record Keeping -Annual Increment. Issuance of Increment letters, transfer letters. Prepare the Salary increment Impact. Record keeping. - Employee Relations / Disciplinary Actions. Initiate disciplinary actions - ( habitual absence, late comers, early goers, time wasters, insubordinations etc) Issue PIP / Show Cause for performance / behavior improvement. Maintain Records. - #Payroll Candidate should have good knowledge of CTC structuring, Payroll Processing, and Statutory remittance deduction.
