Reporting, dashboarding and performance management of the Vendor Management function. Design & implement process frameworks to enable measurement of the effectiveness of the Vendor Management operating model using Power BI dashboards and SharePoint list workflows. Produce monthly reporting dashboards for the function which highlight attainment against success metrics Co-ordinate with the Vendor Management Leadership Team to identify areas for evolution & innovation and centrally track roadmap for the function Track and monitor actions for delivery against the deployed operating model and areas for focus to achieve agreed success metrics Co-ordinate and create collateral for functional Town Hall events and team care & culture Track staffing levels and ensure effective recruitment by the Vendor Management Leadership level Co-ordinate scheduling of engagement opportunities within the Vendor Management function as well as wider Stakeholder Groups People are at the heart of what we do and drive the success of our business.
