Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Study the customers requirement and prepare Gap Analysis.
- Prepare target specification sheet and Prepare broad Vehicle Specification sheet.
- Option generation and technical feasibility analysis.
- Capture the Change content and provide necessary support for business case preparation.
- Complete and Maintain the Product Description Book.
- Integration of vehicle system by creating packaging layout vehicles and vehicle systems.
- Perform DMU check and generate aggregate and vehicle level report.
- Track the vehicle configuration change and maintain the updated EBOM and CAD layout.
- Vehicle Level specification & EBOM Releases, manage vehicle weight at CAD vs actual.
- Ensure error free Add-Delete List and E-BOM
- Support for resolution/ closure of all ORCs (Proto build and at Plant assembly
7 to 9 Years of Experience
Qualifications
BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Automobile)
Technical Requirements
Strong Domain Knowledge and hands on working experience on:
NPD & NPI process
Vehicle systems design consideration and functioning
GD&T, material selection and manufacturing processes
DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS
Unigraphics and Team Centre- Enterprise
Root cause analysis & problem solving
System Engineering
