MANAGER QC FOR A REPUTED MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATION: BARODA EDUCATION: Must: Diploma Mechanical Engineer; • Desired : BE Mechanical Age: 24 TO 32 YRS CTC UP TO 4.00 LPA EXPERIENCE: 4 years in quality control / dept in machining industries Technical functions: • To understand product requirement as per quality plans & testing methods of various products/parts as per quality plans. • To ensure product conformity as per quality/test parameters, through inspection report and identifying the Non Conforming products at various stages, recording and taking timely disposition action for the same. • Verification & approval of final Inspection reports • Analyzing the reason for rejection of material/product, planning corrective actions for minimizing the rejection rates. • To implement testing plans across the QC function. • To analyse customer complaints & provide technical details to Sr. Manager QM & SD required for customer communication. • Conduct internal audit for ISO system • To evaluate the material test result as per customer requirement.FEEL FREES TO CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERY.
