What is in it for you As a Manager- UX you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: Create end-to-end UX design including user research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability, and more Create hands-on designs with the UX design tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD, and more Apply expertise and knowledge in accessibility, responsive design, and heuristics to the design process Responsible for creating and managing mature design systems for developing software UX Deliver delightful and functional UX design for complex software for consumer and enterprise applications hosted across various environments (local servers, Cloud, and more) Work in an Agile software development environment and experience of using relevant tools (Rally/confluence/Aha) Experience: 10 + Years Location: Mumbai Bangalore Pune Chennai Hyderabad Gurgaon Education Qualifications: Engineering Degree - BE/BTech Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Design (New Media, UX design, Interaction design, or Industrial Design) Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable Skills: Mandatory technical skills Should have Design thinking skills Must have knowledge of UCD processes Should have understanding of Wireframing tools such as Figma, Axure, XD, and more In-person & remote user & stakeholder workshopping Must have knowledge of Agile sprint methodology Good to have skills.
