About the Client
The conglomerate client of VNR Advisory was established in the 1900s and over the years has become one of the leading manufacturers of industrial gasses, gas cylinders & allied equipment, healthcare and energy solutions.
About the Role
The conglomerate client of VNR Advisory has aggressive growth plans and is looking for an experienced finance professional to manage the treasury function for the group. This is a new role, will operate out of the company\'s head office in New Delhi and will work closely with the CFO and the CEO of the group.
The key responsibilities will include the following:
- Monitor & manage all banking relationships
- Ensure availability of funds for opex use through proper AP-AR management
- Ensure optimal working capital utilisation
- Raise capital for expansion
- Hedge forex risk
About the Candidate
The Treasury Manager will be an important member for the team, will report to the CFO and will be responsible for managing liquidity for the group. To be successful, the incumbent must have:
- CA or MBA in Finance
- At least 5 years of experience
- Prior experience in raising capital for CapEx
- Experience in managing relationships with bankers
