Manager Treasury Fintech
Job Description
Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Treasury manager for Fintech platform based out of Delhi NCR.
I am looking to connect with CA's /MBA's with over 10 years of experience with strong experience in Treasury function.
Prerequisites:
- Prior experience of working in a Treasury operation, banking relationships, managing cash flow, NCD, credit rating is mandatory
- Liasioning with Banks for fund raising/loan facilities.
- Maintaining and Developing New relationships with bank/NBFCs/FIs
- Reviewing short term & long-term funding needs, and work closely with Investor relations wrt any Financing activity (Loan/ Credit Lines/Pvt/ Public Equity etc)
- Independently handle borrowing and documentation for Loans and NCDs - most critical requirement
- Sound understanding of multiple financial instruments like NCDs, Term loans, Working capital facilities, ECBs and commercial papers
