Job Description
Treasury Manager
Department - Treasury
- Years of experience in Treasury function 5-6 years or more
- Knowledge of Fund based facilities E.g Term Loans/ Cash Credit/ Working Capital Demand Loan/ FCNR Loans.
- Knowledge of Non Fund based facilities are Letter of Credit/ Bank Guarantees.
- Co-ordinated with Banks for documentation of facilities
- Experience in Documents like Term Loan facility agreement, working capital agreement, LIC facility agreement, sanction letter to be executed by a Company for Bank facilities
- Term loan facility agreement, Working capital facility agreement, LC facility agreement, sanction letter duly accepted.
- Preparation of BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement)
- Bank Reconciliation Statement - Cheque issued but not presented for payment,
- Cheques deposited but not cleared and balance as per Bank and Balance as per Bank Statement
- Knowledge of TDS/ GST
- Knowledge on GST Input credit and GST liability.
