Job Description

The Rewards Manager will play a key role in managing and delivering core reward activities across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on the execution of annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, and benefits initiatives, while ensuring compliance and alignment with global frameworks. The position will also support recognition programs and contribute to continuous improvement in reward processes.
Annual Reward Processes:

  • Manage salary review and bonus cycles, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for reward-related costs.
Reward Program Delivery:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of pay, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure programs align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Collate, analyse, and interpret internal and external reward data.
  • Prepare accurate reports and insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Market Benchmarking:
  • Conduct market research and participate in salary and benefits surveys.
  • Support job evaluation and pay framework reviews.
Compliance & Governance:
  • Monitor internal pay equity and produce analytics to support fair decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation of reward processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Policy & Process Management:
  • Maintain and update reward policies, procedures, and forms to reflect best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Project Coordination:
  • Provide coordination and reporting for reward projects, including progress updates for stakeholders.

Key skills and experience required

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologiesExperience
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional HR or Reward certification (e.g., CIPD) desirable but not essential.
Strong numerical and analytical capability demonstrated through academic or professional background.
