Role TM- Voice Core Operations Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology, CS/PS Core Location Cochin Job Purpose O&M of CS core Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Operation & Maintenance of NOKIA/Huawei MSS,MGW,HLR/IMS and Routers Timely roll out of Core Network Adherence to the NWS Processes NW Modification & Augmentation Ensuring Network Availability 99% Customer Complaints Handling To work in 24X7 shift Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Should have Knowledge on CORE domain Should have Knowledge on VoLTE Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints Should be familiar with MAP/CAP/ISUP/Diameter signaling Should poses knowledge to take trace from Protocol analyzer and troubleshoot call failures/System failure in short time frame Should have knowledge on IP domain Must have technical / professional qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least two years of CORE experience Preferably Job experience in the NOKIA/ HLR / MGW / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
