Job Description

Overall 10+ years of Experience in driving project engagements from test planning to test reporting phase

Experience defining test phases in scope (unit, integration, perf, automation etc ) and building teams that can implement best practices for each phase while keeping track of project schedule

Experience displaying value to stakeholders using detailed KPIs and metrics for all phases of testing

Experience mentoring and growing talent within team, including upskilling to rotate team members between test phases

Must have current or former hands-on experience with automation, CI tool (even if limited)

Understanding of DevOps processes and KPIs

Experience working in the Banking domain, Payments module is an added advantage
