Role TM - IP Ops Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology Location Rajkot Job Purpose Responsible for implementation and maintenance of IP network. Responsible to offer technical assistance to the IP Network devices such as Routers and Switches. Responsible for handling technical issues, fault finding and maintenance operations. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes Ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Liaison with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience . Cisco qualifications, minimum CCNP studying towards CCIE/CCSP. . Must have routing and switching experience . Must have knowledge of setting up VLAN and IP addressing. . Knowledge on BGP, IS-IS, OSPF protocols. . Experience with IP/MPLS and L2/L3 services .
