Designation:- Tendering ManagerLocation:- Noida Sector 62Qualification:- Any Graduate or B.Tech (Electrical & Civil)Experience:- 8 to 12 yearsShould have experience in transmission and Substation.Notice period:- 15 days or less. -The Tendering Manager will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, bids, and proposals. The role involves coordinating with various departments to gather information, analyze tender requirements, and ensure timely submission of documents.Qualifications-- Strong analytical and research skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management- Knowledge of EPC and infrastructure projects is a plus- Experience in EPC industry ( transmission/ Substation)- 8- 15 years of experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldResponsibilities:Tender Management:- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from various sources, including online platforms, client requests, and public notices. Bid Preparation:- Interpret tender requirements, coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information, and prepare comprehensive bid documents. Sending enquiry to vendor and prepare comparison sheet as per different vendor offer received Compliance : - Ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines and follow up on submission status. Documentation :- Manage and maintain accurate records of tenders, including bid submissions, correspondence, and supporting documents. Communication:- Maintain strong relationships with clients and procurement agencies, and manage communication with stakeholders throughout the tender process. Analysis:- Analyze tender documents, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to enhance the bid's competitiveness. Reporting:- Prepare reports on tender success rates, bid performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Other tasks:- May also involve tasks like preparing tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications, collating queries, and assisting the commercial department.Additional Skills and Knowledge : Analytical skills : To evaluate tender requirements and develop competitive bids. Attention to detail : To ensure accuracy and completeness of tender documents.- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations: Especially if working in specific sectors like defense or healthcare.- Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and government procurement portals: If dealing with public tenders.- Communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
