Enable informed decision making (go-no-go) for bidding for specific project.
Lead and oversee preparation of major techno-commercial solution documents.
Identification of business opportunities related to the various infrastructure sectors.
Proposal Management, Tendering, Writing and Preparation of PPT/ Presentations
Solution development, presentation and objection handling with the stakeholders.
Responsible for Cost Control and timely implementation of all infrastructure projects.
Develop and customize profiles/CVs of key experts as per bid requirements of the ToR.
Liaise with cxo\'s & government officials for initiating prospective project collaboration.
Attend project meetings, present solution and objection handling on company\'s behalf.
Analyse win-loss ratio take appropriate measures for improving the winning percentage.
Manage key relationships with corporate clients, govt. Agencies and business partners.
Represent company on meetings, events and forums for networking & market intelligence.
Initiate strategic collaboration & spearhead new business alliances within India & abroad.
Revenue generation by introducing projects, product lines and potential partners for business growth.
Ensure compliance of proposal as per tender requirements and support on preparation of EOI/RFQ/RFP Proposals.
Dealing with Various Banks for Earnest Money Deposit, Performance Security, Bank Guarantee,
etc.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business
operations.
Cross-functional coordination with internal & external teams for solution development. Government sales, liaising, tendering & bid management.
Developing business opportunities in e-governance, citizen facilitation & call centre/ helpline, identity and access management, and smart city related projects.
Market research, data mining, business intelligence to prepare business case and asses projects\' potential, identify key partners, market places as well as industries.
Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs
and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
Securing new business in Infrastructure Advisory Projects and interact with client for smooth functioning meeting with various competitive players for Joint Ventures, Association/ Memorandum of understanding.
