for the Position of Taxation & Audit

• Preparation of Financial Statement (as per India As & USGAAP)
• India Statutory Audit - Assistance in providing required data and documents and ensuring the completeness and audit closure.
• Annual compliance audit reporting assistance with the data and documents.
• Assistance in filing audited financials in XBRL format.
• Review, testing and providing management report on ICFR Audit
• Assistance with the data and documents for Audit.
• Assistance in filing audited financials in XBRL format.
• CARO applicability, internal assessment & any other regulatory updates
• Statutory Bonus calculation set off / set on
• Responsible for preparation of Annual Income tax returns
• Preparation of TP report in Form 3CEB
• Preparation of TP study report
• Preparation of Form 3CD and 3CA along with annexures for tax audit
• Preparation of Master File document and Form 3CEAA
• Preparation of workings for Quarterly tax provisions
• Preparation of advance tax workings and also payment of advance tax as per statute
• Assistance with the data and documents for Certificate U/S 80JJAA
• Assistance with the data and documents for Certificate U/S 10AA
• Co-ordinating with consultant to close the open tax proceedings at the earliest
• Response to the notice issued by the authorities
• Review and suggest any changes for the documents shared by tax consultant to be submitted to tax authorities for filing
• Deferred tax asset (DTA)/ Deferred tax liability (DTL) computation

• Bachelor's degree in Finance of Accounting
• Chartered accountant with 5 to 7 years post qualification experience
• Experience in ITES will be an added advantage
• Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information
• Experience managing business paperwork and accounting for a large company
• Ability to communicate effectively and keep all departments aware of necessary documentation and paperwork
