Job Description
1) Work with IT leaders on establishing governance through structured reviews and reporting
2) Assist CIO team in managing multiple ongoing initiatives for effective execution and assessing business value delivered out of them
3) Responsible for record maintenance for IT assets life cycle – Verification, Preventive maintenance and proactive health check-up
4) Internal Governance, Establishment of Project Management and Improvement in KEC-IT
5) Establish regular reporting formats and discipline within KEC
6) Evaluate various technologies and services for their fitment and value to KEC
7) Execute various proof of concept and pilot projects as part of evaluation process
8) Interact across user community for various IT initiatives including CSAT, Survey/ feedbacks etc.
9) Work on keeping team abreast of new technologies and communications
10) Co-ordinating with Group IT teams and providing support for COE activities.
