Job Description

Responsibility:

• Identification of Key Critical Positions for Business at Halol - Site.
• Preparation and Implementation of Succession Planning for all identified key Critical Roles/ Positions for Business.
• Designing and Implementation of various Talent Development and Retention Strategies.
• Implementation of Internal Talent Movement Strategies and active participation in developing the Multi Skilling at ground level.
• Design and deploy an exclusive Need based Training System for Operations Team employing Job Analysis and Skill Mapping to create an effective Training program.
• Design & Deploy Induction Program for all new hires to ensure Culture Alignment and Effective Job Orientation.
• Learning and Development Champion: Training Need Identification & consolidation, L&D Calendar Roll out for Site, Training Budget, Training Program Coordination and facilitation for both Internal & External Programs, Ensuring Training Plan Adherence, Monthly Training Details consolidation through LMS, Online Learning Platform.
• Talent Management - Assist in the development of a comprehensive talent development strategy to ensure the current and future calibre of talent needed to support business success and growth planned inclusive of Talent Identification through Performance Appraisal, Employee Mobility and Career Development Programs.
• Exit Management - Deployment of Exit Procedure, Exit Interview, Attrition Analysis.
• Delivering a comprehensive engagement program to include engagement survey and action plan to drive an Engaging Culture resulting in Improvement in Employee Engagement Index for the site
• Digital Tools Design & Deployment - HR Dashboard.
