Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Role :
- End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions in Corporate Functions
- Consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate sourcing strategies, such as internal/direct sourcing, networking and social recruitment
- Shortlisting Task/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, on boarding
- For leadership roles designed manpower plan (across levels), aligned with business growth plan.
- Designed job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles
- Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders
- Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates
- Designing promotion strategy in digital media platforms
Job Requirement :
- 5-6 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Experience in financial service industry preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Post Graduate degree or any equivalent experience
