Job Description


Global Tier 1 Reporting

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Leading the team of Global Tier 1 Reporting Analysts based out of GCC supporting global stakeholders in the Workday reporting, analytics and actionable insights in support of People Services Service delivery obligations
  • Work with Global Stakeholders to ensure continued Reporting / Analytics support and adoption of new ways of working within the team
  • Work closely with People Data & Analytics (PDA) and GPO and build capability to further enhancing the scope of Analytics and Reporting within the Tier 1 reporting team.
  • Accountable for ensuring Performance Management, Delivery Management and Capability building of the Tier 1 Reporting team.
Flex Data Management and Support New Lines of Business
  • Work actively with the Hubs/PDA Data Management leads to manage their Flex Requirements during Seasonal Volume Surges, Unexpected Overloads
  • Lead the team of Flex Data Management analysts with varied years of Workday experience working in the HRSS/HRIS portfolio
  • Participate in Monthly Commcells with Hub Data Management Leads for Improved Ways of Working, Process Updates, CI Updates and Data Management Surge Forecasts
  • Ensure effective Performance Management, Capability building of the Flex DM Analysts
  • Ensure to have access to all Knowledge Repositories, ServiceNow Assignment Groups, Workday Role Assignments to ensure that faster plugging into Hubs to take up Volume Surges.
  • Lead the Capability building of the Flex team to ensure that the team is always aware of the Process Changes happening in the Hubs
Quality Support
  • Partner with Costa Rica and provide Quality Support for LATAM and US Market
  • Conduct effective Management Monitoring for all Audit processes and be responsible for identifying mitigation actions for GCC People Services as required
  • Design and support internal/external audits to ensure Data Accuracy across systems
  • Works in partnership with HR Risk Team to facilitate Management Monitoring controls and Risk Mitigation Actions
PS2 Implementation
  • Lead the PS2 implementation across all GCC People Service Teams.
  • Ensure all Tier 1 Reporting processes are listed, Workflow is mapped and clear accountability is established periodically review these documents and update in Veeva Vault
  • Practice Tiered accountability Performance in Daily/ Weekly meetings and KPIs to review as per agreed frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Couch/train the teams in PS\xc2\xb2 elements and ensure active engagement in the processes e.g. standard work, data-driven performance meetings
Performance Management
  • Understand and deliver services against Global Value Stream Metrics and standards using various tools / Dashboards.
  • Provides effective coaching (with input from the Quality Assurance & Effectiveness teams), development (utilizing the 70/20/10 model as a guide) and performance management of team of Tier 1 Reporting Analysts ensuring alignment with GSK Ahead Together Values and Expectations and optimizing team performance.
  • Ensure effective prioritisation of work and appropriate workforce planning for incoming workload.
  • Resolves operational & service issues \xe2\x80\x93 acting as the escalation point as appropriate, ensuring stakeholders & customers are kept informed of the status of their issue.
  • Lead the team to support Employees, Global HR, Managers and Hubs on Workday Reporting and Analytics Requests
Improvements in Ways of working (CI)
  • Lead the CI initiative for GCC People Services
  • Be the Agile and Lean coach for GCC People Services to ensure success, bringing Agile, lean sigma and Project Management methodologies into play driving continuous improvement culture
  • Partners with other groups within the HR service delivery model to ensure processes are optimized to deliver excellent service to the customer
  • As needed, manages projects/process optimization initiatives and engages stakeholders to facilitate change management.
  • Partner with GPOs to enhance appropriate global/regional and local metrics/dashboards to provide oversight and insights to performance with an expectation of driving continuous improvement.
Knowledge Management
  • Uses knowledge management tools/Veevadocs effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.
  • Take accountability for ensuring all relevant Service Operating Procedures are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted Global standards
  • Possesses deep knowledge of Workday, PowerBI Reporting and Analytics Support serving as subject matter understanding the downstream impact of transactions on benefits/Payroll and other systems.
  • Understands the use of on-line tools and HR systems and can act as a subject matter expert on a wide range of diverse and complex issues and provide guidance as it relates to HR Analytics
Capability Building
  • Works to support the ongoing engagement & resilience of the team
  • Develop capability for sophisticated data analysis that provides both retrospective and prospective actionable insights that improves service.
  • Embed principals of Position Management & Supervisory Organizations which will be used for Position and Requisition Updates
  • Mentor the teams on New enhancements in HR Analytics
Delivery Management
  • Deliver services against Global Value Stream Metrics and standards utilising Dashboards and available data analytics to ensure personal and team performance meet all agreed service standards and any CI opportunities are identified and followed up accordingly
  • Ensure effective prioritisation of work and appropriate workforce planning for incoming workload
  • Resolves operational & service issues \xe2\x80\x93 acting as the escalation point as appropriate, ensuring stakeholders & customers are kept informed of the status of their issue
  • Generates and analyses service KPI\xe2\x80\x99s when requested
  • Partner with GPOs to update appropriate global, regional and local metrics/dashboards to provide oversight and insights to performance with an expectation of driving continuous improvement.
  • Deliver against all compliance imperatives including support for local and global Data Audits, local legislative needs, protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.

  • Operational Excellence with strong analytical, Project Management, Change management skills with Continuous improvement mindset. Implemented Agile Programs, Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (Optional)
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of Workday Data Management , Workday Dashboard, Reports, Calculated Fields , Condition Rules , PowerBI Dashboards and should be hands-on and responsible for leading a team of Workday Analytics and PowerBI analysts.
  • Experience been hands-on on workday and leading a Workday Reporting team in a HR Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support environment.
  • Excellent and high level of expertise in standard MS Office software (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Excellent written (language/grammar) and verbal (listening/speaking) communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on complex cases and lead a team, in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent data gathering and analytical skills with critical attention to detail.
  • Experience of Workday, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Power Automate and an understanding of the HR System Analytics world.
