Job Title: Manager -Surveillance Department: Surveillance
Reports to: SVP -Surveillance Experience: Candidates with 8-10 years of experience in Treasury Products preferably Bond Market
Required Qualification:
B.E./MCA/Master degree in Data Science / M.Sc. Stats / or similar qualification
Core Competencies:

• Quantitative/Analytical ability
• Attention to detail
• Good team player
• Adaptability to change

Functional Competencies:

• Exposure to Treasury Products by virtue of working with either Trading/Risk Management/Analyst/ Strategist Teams
• Proficient in using statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools
• Technology Savvy, Working knowledge of programming/coding

Area of Operations/Key Responsibility:

• Analyze Surveillance system alerts and develop periodic reports.
• Identify irregularities, abnormal activities on the trading systems.
• Data analysis using Excel/ R-Programming, data interpretation and data presentation.
• Regular interaction with internal and external teams on various aspects of system development.
• Testing of systems as per requirement.

Any Other Requirement:
Should be ready to work extended hours as per the exigencies of business.
