We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Supply Chain Analytics
We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Resource who would be responsible for supply chain delivery & domain expertise, and delivering analytics and reporting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting w/ CPG/Life Science majors solving their Supply Chain business problems
  • Design Supply Chain Analytical solutions \xe2\x80\x93 Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions
  • Handle large datasets \xe2\x80\x93 Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights
  • Work closely with global client\xe2\x80\x99s multiple cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements and prioritize needs
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics/Ph.D. in Operations research/optimization domain
  • Relevant Work experience in Supply Chain
  • Exposure in ERPs \xe2\x80\x93 SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manage a team of 8-10 people
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Excellent MS excel, PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Good team player and ability to manage large teams
  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments, and locations
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Has worked in the Supply Chain \xe2\x80\x93 Life Sciences / CPG space with hands-on experience in the area of Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Management/Logistics
  • Clearly understands the following areas with hands-on work on at least 2-3 areas, incl but not limited to, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory management, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement
  • Has conducted assessments / blueprinting/due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore ability, building solution architecture
  • Is seen as an inspiring leader who can build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
  • Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build reporting/insights/analytics factory)
  • Designed Analytical solution either around Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Capacity Planning
  • Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery
  • Has done modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning/python / R
  • Proficient in BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI
  • Ability to learn different analytical tools as per business requirement
  • Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
  • Good written and oral communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in the Life Science / CPG domain
