Job Description


The Position You will be responsible for the pricing strategies for RDIN India. This role will report to Head of Finance. This position will be based in Mumbai Role Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing the pricing strategy in line with overall organizational strategy Identify indicators that impact pricing - Competition, Input variables etc & build a pricing framework Develop pricing strategies and perform competitive pricing analysis by utilizing analytical and quantitative tools and methods to guide decision making in matters of pricing Lead projects through completion that involve detailed and complex analysis and support to drive change in company best practices and serves as a key resource for strategic pricing projects and process enhancements. Performs key forward-looking analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix and scenario analysis Recommends pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics. Forecasts impact of pricing changes on profit and revenue. Analyzes current and historical results of pricing activity and transactional data to identify actionable opportunities, develop ideas, and make recommendations to improve pricing performance Grow gross margin and by identifying pricing actions that encourages higher sales values Implement profit improvement measures through price optimization using statistical knowledge and expertise Develops relationships with sales management and product management to correctly position product and establish pricing strategies aligning with product/ sales strategy. Builds trust by proactively providing credible and value- added support Assists in preparing global monthly/weekly reports, dashboards and metrics, and presents results and recommendations to a variety of audiences, including executive management Analyzes and reports on business performance by means of: Monthly performance, product / market / customer / integral profitability and Pricing/margin analysis Who You Are: You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in leading people, preferably acquired in the healthcare industry. Experience required : Educational Qualification - Must Meet: CA or MBA from Tier I B-School with specialization in Finance with strong academic record 6 to 8 years of experience in Pricing Analytics with leading MNCs or Consulting Organizations, of which at least 3 years should be in a Multinational Company. Experience in HealthCare / Pharmaceutical domain + strategy consulting experience is preferred Experience on Data visualization / Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / business intelligence tools will be an added advantage Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required Prior experience with data analytics, project management and team management is important Technical / Functional Strong analytical capability & strategic thinking Strong problem-solving skills Strong quantitative aptitude a must Strong collaboration mindset Possess excellent analytical, work planning, communication and team management skills Good communication skills, fluency in English essential
