Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager
Department: Strategy and Marketing
Reports to: Vice President, Strategy & Marketing
Experience: 10-15 years
Required Qualification:
Post Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, or Treasury Management
Preferred Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or related discipline
Professional certifications such as CFA, CQF or FRM are preferred.
Experience in banking, financial markets, or market infrastructure institutions.
Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, or business planning.
Skill, Knowledge & Trainings:
? Strong understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and industry trends.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to prepare strategic plans, reports, and analytical dashboards.
? Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
? Knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis tools is an advantage.
? Training or certification in marketing or strategy frameworks (optional but preferred).

Job Purpose:
To drive the organisation's strategic initiatives, strengthen market presence, enhance member engagement, and support business growth through structured planning, analytics, marketing outreach, and stakeholder management.
Area of Operations Key Responsibility
Strategy Development o Assist in developing annual strategic and marketing plans.

  • Conduct market assessment and competitor analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new engagement channels.
Member Institution Engagement o Plan and conduct regular meetings with member banks and institutions.
  • Document meeting minutes and track progress on agreed action points.
  • Strengthen relationships for increased participation across platforms.
Marketing & Promotion
  • Promote products such as FX-CLEAR, ASTROID, FX-RETAIL, and other services.
  • Coordinate participation in industry forums, expos, and events.
  • Execute branding and communication activities (digital/print).
Business Development Support
  • Monitor participation trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with banks to promote new features, interfaces, and platform enhancements.
  • Support onboarding and training-related promotional activities.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics for strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights on utilization, market share, and outreach effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with product, operations, legal, and technology teams for alignment on ongoing initiatives.
  • Organise and support events, workshops, meetings, and promotional activities, including logistics and content preparation.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining contact databases, scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and communication support.
