Designation - Manager / Sr. Manager Finance and Accounts
Peenya Location & Another for Tumkur Location), as we have 2 plants.
Exp - 10+ years
Notice Period - 30 days max. (Immediate Joiners Preferred).
Preferably Local Bangalore candidates who can speak Kannada (mandatory), and also Hindi.
Exp. In Manufacturing companies / or Plants is preferred.
Should Know:-
1. Financial Accounting
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of all financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable (vendor invoices, raw material purchases) and accounts receivable (customer billing, collections). * Financial analysis of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory.
Bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax filings, GST, TDS, etc.). * GST reconciliation & filling of GSTR 1, GSTR-2B, GSTR 3B

• Preparation & filling of Quarterly e-TDS Returns, issuing Form 16 and 16A
• Preparation & Handling of Tax Audit, GST Audit, Cost Audit, Statutory Audit, Assessments of Income Tax, GST
• Ensuring compliance of statutory Reports and returns /payments within due date as per Income Tax Act , GST, PF, PT,ESIC

2. Cost Accounting
Calculate and monitor product costs, including raw material, labour, and overhead.
Maintain standard costing and update as required.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. standard, budget vs. actual).
Track and analyse scrap, wastage, and rework costs.
Support pricing decisions with cost analysis.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the plant.
Provide input on cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
4. Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and explanations.
Maintain compliance with statutory and tax requirements applicable to the plant.
5. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with plant management to provide financial insights for operational decisions.
- Partner with supply chain, production, and procurement teams to monitor costs.
Education - B.Com / M.Com (preferred) (CA not mandatory)
