The 3 key fields of play are : Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controls Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses. Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
The current role requires executing SOX, ICFR/ IFC, internal audit and other risk consulting engagementsfor insurance companies/ asset managers. As part of the role, the candidate is expected to:
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform end-to-end internal audits from planning to reporting including process understanding,walkthroughs, preparation of risk and control matrix / audit work program, control testing toassess their design and operating effectiveness, drafting issues and agreeing issues/ actions withmanagement.
\xef\x82\xb7 For Managers/ S Con, have an in-depth understanding of the insurance / asset management / FSindustry risks/ issues / trends.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have thorough knowledge and understanding of SOX/ ICFR/ Internal Audit methodology.
\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver / manage engagements to time, cost and high quality.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify key areas of improvement in the client\'s business processes and add value by preparinginsightful recommendations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to business development activities such as preparing proposals, lead identification
\xef\x82\xb7 Always comply with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s quality and risk management policies
\xef\x82\xb7 For manager/ S Con, experience in performing scoping/ risk assessment, deficiencies reporting,controls rationalization and having understanding of COSO and PCAOB guidance
Skills and attributes
Ability to lead teams as well as work as willingness to execute engagements as individual contributor based on engagement requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 People manager skills to act as counsellor to a team of consultants/ analysts (manager only)
\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and provide guidance / support to other teammembers

To qualify for the role you must have


Excellent oral and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to quickly learn and handle new areas / solutions by leveraging internal and externalknowledge sources
\xef\x82\xb7 Proactively anticipate engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate

\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to work across time zones and flexible to travel in future if needed
Qualification
CA/MBA/CIA or equivalent qualifications
Experience
Should have experience of performing internal audits / controls testing/ SOX/ IFC/ ICFR;minimum 6-8 years for Manager and 2-5 years for Senior Consultant/ ConsultantFor S Con/ Mgr, FS (insurance / asset management) experience would be preferred
