About:- Brand Leadership & Strategy: Build and scale Co's B2C brand with a narrative that cuts across 2W, 3W, 4W riders, drivers, homeowners, and urban professionals.- Conceptualise and execute end-to-end brand and consumer campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, ATL, BTL, and on-ground activations.- Lead consumer understanding exercises to shape new identify whitespace consumer segments and behavioural triggers that can unlock adoption and usage.- Oversee the creation of high-quality social content, creator collaborations, product videos, and explainer assets. Manage agency partners, production partners, and internal creative resources.- Manage, mentor, and scale the organic marketing team including social media and content creators.Ideal Candidate:- 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally across tech, mobility, energy, fintech, or high-growth apps.- Proven track record in leading brand campaigns, digital storytelling, and communication strategy.- Demonstrated ability to turn business targets into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes.- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing product, growth, and creative teams.- Comfortable building from scratch and thriving in a high-ownership, high-velocity environment.- Bonus: experience in EV, mobility, consumer apps, ecosystem brands, or categories that require behaviour change.
