Manager-Social Media Marketing

Key roles & responsibilities:
- The Social Media Manager is driven, collaborative, highly data-focused, and experienced in building marketing processes while collaborating cross-departmentally.

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Communications to set and execute an integrated communication plan to drive engagement across the target audience.

- Identify and engage with social and messaging communities for founders.

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Engage with popular posts and hashtags to increase brand visibility.

- You need to be well-organized, have experience driving cross-functional marketing programs, integrated campaigns, and be current with the latest in all things alternative finance.

- Strong candidates are self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and take initiative.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of social media management&marketing experience; B2B and/or financial services.

- The main point of contact for all touchpoints for external partners and internal teams.

- Hands on experience in content management

- Excellent copywriting skills

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Experience with Email marketing, PPC campaigns, Social media marketing etc.

- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

- Previous experience creating marketing plans for a software company an added plus

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Experience with managing and scaling marketing initiatives, identifying decision-makers, and executing.

- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.

- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot

- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
