Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and will take the time to ensure every social media post / piece of content is perfected. If youve got a burning desire to produce amazing social media content/campaigns that resonate with people, and this sounds like the opportunity for you!

The Ideal Candidate:

- Must have extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest

- Should be a skilled copy writer and enjoys the work of perfecting copy and fine details

- Should have a vast experience managing digital advertising using Google My Business, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads

- Should enjoy spending time on social media, learning about the new platform functionalities and trends, will help us engage in new ways, and hopes to bring something fresh and innovative to contribute to the growth of an established, growing brand.

- Should be skilled at filming/creating Instagram reels/videos

- Should be skilled at engaging in and managing community discussion on social media platforms - Good photography and videography skills

Qualifications: bachelor\'s degree in marketing /lifestyle and Luxury brand Communication. 2-3 Years Experienced.

Your Responsibilities:

- Planning and execution of all content, creative and video requirements by coordinating with Creative Agency.

- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals

- Cover events, launches, etc to generate content

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. photos, videos and creatives)

- Ensure the image quality is high, captions and content is creative and engaging

- Re-share existing content on social platforms in innovative and interesting ways (new and old favorites, as well as seasonal delights).

- You will be responsible for creating and managing social media advertising campaigns to promote the products and services.

- Monitoring analytics: You\'ll need to track and analyze the performance of the bakery\'s social media accounts, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.

- This data can be used to inform future social media strategies and tactics.

- Staying up-to-date with trends: You\'ll need to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in the bakery industry to ensure that the bakery\'s social media accounts remain relevant and effective
