- Ideating, coordinating and executing social media and influencer campaigns across FB/Insta, YT, Twitter and Linkedin.- Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.- Monitoring the company\'s brands on social media.- Building brand awareness by creating engaging campaigns with relevant influencers.- Managing our online communities to ensure appropriate engagement.- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.- Running weekly reports to review and maintain metrics.- Create inhouse/on camera video contentRequirementsQualifications/Skills Required:Please share your SM portfolio - Experience: 2-3 of relevant experience- Location : Ahmedabad- Social media marketing experience/Brand manager- Copywriting skills : Experience in developing social media strategies.- Analytical and ROI drive- Experience running influencer campaigns.- Understanding of graphic design principles.\xc2\xa0- Experience with Canva/Adobe is a plus- Strong attention to detail & organization skills in a fast-paced, start-up environment.- Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps/needs.\xc2\xa0- Ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate, and take on projects.- Ability to self-motivate, work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment within a decentralized and very cool team and keep a sense of humor!- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a team of driven colleagues.
